Local deliveries will bemade 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Orders will be processed and deliveredthe next business day. All local deliveries will be dispatched after 12pm

A local business Day isdefined as Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm,

Nationaland International area; Dhaliwal Online aims to despatch goods within 1 business dayof receiving your order. Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the samebusiness day. Any orders received after this time will be sent the nextbusiness day.

A national andinternational Business Day is defined as Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Please note that delivery’swhich are dispatched on the Friday will arrive the following  week.

Bankholidays: Local deliveries will notbe dispatched or delivered on these holidays.

Bankholidays: National andInternational deliveries will not be dispatched on these holidays. Any deliverywhich has been dispatched and is likely to arrive on a bank holiday willencounter a delay due to delivery schedules from the courier service beingused. 



Localdeliveries: Freshproduce will be dispatched Monday to Saturday.

Nationaldeliveries: Wewill only send out fresh produce on Tuesdays, along with the rest of yourorder. Please ensure you select next day delivery to ensure fresh items are notin a closed box longer then required.

EuropeanDelivery: Dueto the length of time taken for the each delivery to Europe, we are unable tosend fresh items to Europe.

Coldand Frozen Produce 

Localdeliveries: Cold and frozen produce will only be available for the local deliveryservice. These produce will be dispatched Monday to Saturday.

Nationaland International deliveries: We are unable to send out cold or frozen items to non local areas.Please reframe from selecting these items.

Postageand packaging

Localdelivery: The cost of adelivery is based upon the cost of your total basket. A free delivery isavailable when the total cost of delivery is minus excluded items. (Please seeexcluded items conditions below). 

To obtain a free localdelivery, the total cost of your basket will need to equal above £40, minusexcluded items. Where the terms and conditions have not been met, then a deliverycharge of £3.99 is incurred.

Nationaldelivery: Our choice of courierservice is Interlink, but on some occasions other courier services may be used.Dependent on the delivery option used, deliveries will arrive between 1-3business days. Non UK mainland delivery addresses may endure a delivery delaydue to distance and remoteness. This is something we are unable to control.

Non mainland addresses aredefined as follows: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle ofMan, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

Parcelsto Europe: Each country is pricedindividually. Deliveries to Europe will take 3 -5 working days to arrive.

Each parcel is priced basedon a maximum weight limit of 24kg. A parcel weight is calculated automaticallybased on the gross weight of each product. Where the total gross weight of youritems exceeds 24kg, the shipping process will automatically add the extra costof a second parcel. 


Excluded items are largeitems which are only available for the local delivery. Excluded items are itemswhich are not included in the free delivery service calculation. When acustomer selects their items, the delivery cost will be selected based upon thetotal cost of your products. When the total cost of your basket including excludeditems equals more then £40; this will still incur a delivery charge. If thetotal cost of items minus excluded items equals more then £40, then this willconstitute as a free delivery.

Most excluded items aremainly above 10 kg. Although there may be exclusion to this rule on someoccasions.


If your item is not instock, we will notify you by email or telephone call with the option to cancelthose lines or provide an alternative item.


Most items on our site aretax exempt. Where an item requires VAT, this will be included in the priceonline.


All payments are taken viaPaypal in a secure window. Payments will be shown on your statement as DQPGROUP.

Privacy Policy 

We do not disclose yourinformation to any third party other than for administrating your delivery witha courier service.

We do not hold your carddetails nor do we collect or have access to these details. All payment aretaken via Paypal which is a secure payment processing system.



We cannot be heldresponsible for goods lost or damaged in any way in transit. Replacements willbe on a discretionary basis only.


You may return goods withinseven days of receipt and we will ensure that your payment is refunded, orprovide a replacement.

To request a refund orreplacement, please contact us, in the first instance, by email. We require youto return the goods to us for inspection, the cost of returning goods to beborne by you. On inspection, if goods are found to be faulty we will refund thecost of postage in addition to the cost of the goods. We will not be liable forgoods that are lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you get proofof posting.


Deliverydelay: We cannot be heldresponsible for delays of your parcel delivery. Deliveries may be delayedduring busy periods, although most deliveries will arrive within the deliveryschedule. Where a delivery has taken longer than expected please contact us toinvestigate the delay.

Packagingand product information: We are determined to ensure all product information and pictures arekept up to date. Manufactures may change product information and not inform uswith regards to the change. We will check product information on a regularbasis to ensure all changes are made online. Pictures of packaging will also bekept up to date where needed.
